Junior Golf Card & Play Policy

Available to golfers under the age of 19 (at the time of purchase), the Junior Golf Card program is aimed at growing the game of golf. The Junior Golf Card provides substantial benefits at a significantly discounted price by offering younger golfers access to unlimited free golf, range balls and events.

Junior Play Policy Update Palm Beach County Golf is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and accessible experience for golfers of all ages. To better align our junior golf program with current course operations and cart policies, updates to the Junior Play Policy will take effect on July 1, 2026.  Definition: A junior golfer is defined as anyone under the age of 19.  Effective July 1, 2026 The following policies will apply to all unaccompanied junior golfers:  Golf Cart Operation: Juniors with a valid driver’s license who choose to ride and operate a golf cart will be charged the full adult golf rate.  Cart Waiver: Juniors must also have an approved signed cart waiver on file from their parent to operate a cart. Walking (No Junior Play Card): Juniors who have not purchased a Junior Play Card and choose to walk the course will receive 50% off the standard rack rate.  Walking (With Junior Play Card): Juniors who have purchased a Junior Play Card and choose to walk the course will continue to play at no charge as a benefit of the program.  Accompanied Juniors: Juniors playing with a parent or guardian will continue to receive a 50% discount when the parent or guardian pays the full golf rate with cart.  Additional Notes These updates help ensure the continued safety of all golfers while preserving the quality of our facilities and equipment. The following policies will apply to all unaccompanied junior golfers:

Due to these changes, Junior Plus Card holders will have 1 additional year added when your card is scheduled to expire at no additional charge.  Golf Rates  For junior card holders who wish to play golf: Juniors may not make tee times or be added to a tee time reservation in advance. Juniors must check in and play on a walk-up basis. 1. Walking: Juniors who choose to walk the course will continue to play at no charge as a benefit of the program. 2. Riding (Age 16 and Older): Juniors with a valid driver’s license who choose to ride and operate a golf cart will be charged the full adult golf rate. 3. Riding with a Parent or Guardian: Juniors playing with a parent or guardian will continue to receive a 50% discount when the parent or guardian pays the full golf rate with cart.  Important Notes If a junior is listed on a tee time reservation prior to arrival, the junior will be charged the full adult golf rate. Juniors who choose to ride in a golf cart are not eligible for free golf; they will pay the applicable adult rate.  Range Ball Benefits The unlimited range ball benefit is being discontinued across our facilities.  A NEW allocation of 75 range ball buckets may be used during normal range hours at any facility while the card is valid. Once the card expires there is no more available range ball buckets. If the 75 buckets are used prior to the expiration of the card, Junior will pay the applicable junior rate for a bucket of balls. All range balls must be obtained through the golf shop.

The unlimited range ball benefit is being discontinued across our facilities.
